By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using Eduoxy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. About Eduoxy
Eduoxy is a cloud-based School Management System designed to help educational institutions manage their academic, administrative, financial, communication, and operational activities.
Depending on the selected plan, Eduoxy may provide features including:

2. Account Registration
To use Eduoxy, a school or authorized administrator may need to create an account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information.
Keep your account information updated.
Keep your login credentials confidential.
Prevent unauthorized access to your account.
Immediately notify Eduoxy if you believe your account has been compromised.
The school administrator is responsible for accounts created for administrators, teachers, staff, students, parents, and other users associated with the school.
3. School Data
Schools may upload and store information through Eduoxy, including:
Student information
Parent and guardian information
Teacher and staff information
Attendance records
Fee and payment records
Academic records
Examination and result information
Documents and attachments
Communication records
Other information required for school management
The school is responsible for ensuring that it has the necessary rights, permissions, consents, and legal authority to collect and process information uploaded to Eduoxy.
You must not upload unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, or unauthorized information.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
Use Eduoxy for illegal activities.
Attempt to access another user's account without authorization.
Circumvent security or access controls.
Upload viruses, malware, malicious code, or harmful content.
Abuse SMS, WhatsApp, email, or other communication services.
Send spam, fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized communications.
Copy, resell, reproduce, or redistribute Eduoxy without written permission.
Reverse engineer or attempt to obtain the source code of the platform.
Interfere with the security, availability, or operation of Eduoxy.
Use the platform in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
5. Subscription Plans & Pricing
Eduoxy operates on a subscription-based model.
Current plans, pricing, student limits, staff limits, and available features are displayed on the Eduoxy website.
Plans may start from PKR 3,000 per month and may vary depending on the plan selected by the customer.
Eduoxy reserves the right to introduce new plans, modify existing plans, change pricing, or modify plan limits. Where appropriate, customers will be notified of significant pricing changes before they take effect.
6. Payments
Customers are responsible for paying all applicable subscription fees on time.
Eduoxy may support different payment methods, including bank payments, cards, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and other payment providers.
Third-party payment providers may have their own terms, conditions, fees, and privacy policies.
Eduoxy is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, payment providers, network problems, or other third-party services.
7. Subscription Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of their subscription according to the applicable subscription terms.
Unless otherwise agreed, cancellation will prevent future subscription charges but does not automatically result in a refund for a billing period that has already been paid.
Eduoxy may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of:
Unpaid subscription fees
Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent activity
Abuse of the platform
Security threats
Unauthorized access attempts
Illegal activity
8. Refund Policy
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where:
Required by applicable law;
Eduoxy expressly approves a refund; or
A payment was made in error and Eduoxy determines that a refund is appropriate.
Refund requests should be submitted through the official Eduoxy support channel.
9. AI Assistant
Eduoxy provides AI-powered functionality that may allow authorized users to interact with school information using text and voice.
The Eduoxy AI Assistant may help users:

Review pending fees.

Assist with school communication.
Perform supported school-management tasks.

AI functionality is subject to the user's account permissions and available school data.
AI Accuracy
AI-generated responses may sometimes contain errors, incomplete information, or incorrect interpretations.
Users should verify important information before relying on AI-generated results for important decisions involving:

Other important school matters
Eduoxy does not guarantee that every AI-generated response will always be accurate or error-free.

Where available, users may interact with the Eduoxy AI Assistant using voice commands.

Users should avoid providing unnecessary sensitive information through voice commands.

Analytics are intended to help schools understand their data and support management decisions.
Eduoxy does not guarantee that analytics or reports will always be completely accurate if the underlying information entered by users is incomplete, incorrect, or outdated.

Eduoxy may provide communication features through:

The school is responsible for ensuring that communications sent through Eduoxy comply with applicable laws, consent requirements, anti-spam requirements, and the policies of third-party communication providers.

17. Intellectual Property

Your subscription provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your active subscription.
Your subscription does not transfer ownership of Eduoxy's software or intellectual property.
18. School Content Ownership
Schools retain their rights to the information and content they legitimately upload to Eduoxy.
By using the Service, you grant Eduoxy the limited rights necessary to host, store, process, transmit, display, back up, and otherwise process your information for the purpose of providing the Service.
Eduoxy will handle such information according to its Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
19. Data Security
Eduoxy uses reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect customer information.
However, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.
Customers are responsible for:
Protecting login credentials.
Using appropriate passwords.

20. Data Retention & Account Termination

The school or educational institution using Eduoxy is responsible for ensuring that it has the appropriate permissions, notices, consents, and lawful authority required to collect and process student and parent information.
Schools must use appropriate access controls and only provide student information to authorized users.
22. Privacy
Your use of Eduoxy is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, processed, and protected.
23. Disclaimer
Eduoxy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that:
The Service will always be available.
The Service will always be error-free.
All information will always be accurate.
AI-generated information will always be correct.
Third-party services will always be available.
The Service will meet every specific requirement of every school.
24. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eduoxy and Progley Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service.
This may include losses resulting from:
Business interruption
Loss of revenue
Loss of data
Loss of business opportunities
Third-party service failures
Unauthorized access caused by failure to protect account credentials
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
25. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Eduoxy and Progley Technologies from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
Your misuse of the Service;
